Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to make bank with Twilight: Breaking Dawn

Back in May, there were rumblings that many of the supporting cast members from the Twilight films were not going to come back for the final two-part chapter because Summit wasn’t going to pay them for two movies.  At the time, I felt the big three of Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart should have done more for their lesser-known co-stars to get them paid in line with two films.  Today we get more details about how much money the big three will actually get paid for their performances in the final two films and it’s jaw-dropping.  Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will each get $25 million against 7.5% of the gross.  It’s tough to explain what that means, but assuming both TWILIGHT: BREAKING DAWN movies perform as well as TWILIGHT: NEW MOON, then each star will get an incredible $41 million for the two movies.
Although that number makes me sick at my stomach, I can’t argue with it.  Each of the big three have proven time and time again that they’re international superstars.  Although none of them have proven they can open a movie not called “Twilight”, it doesn’t change the fact that the final two films couldn’t be made without them.

I'm surprised that Rob isn't getting more than the other 2: he's by far the more "bankable" star I would have thought.

wow that is amazing money! It will certainly put them at the top of the A-list if they are not there already!
